Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery date
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging
Return Shipping Cost
- Change of mind: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
- Defective or wrong item: Contact us at cs@noragems.com within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will review and arrange an appropriate resolution.
How to Request a Return
Registered customers:
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Find your order and click Request Return
- You will receive an approval notification by email within 1–2 business days
- Once approved, a return label will be sent to your email
- Print the label and drop off the package at your nearest USPS location
Guest customers: Email cs@noragems.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
